Monitoring and Regulation of Indoor Conditions

This paper presents research of energy performance analysis performed by Building Energy Management System (BEMS). BEMS is a system/platform integrated with building and it an enormous improvement in process to develop nearly zero buildings (nZEB). Near consumption stands for efficient idea independent their function during life time. Here, monitoring regulation cooling demand developed. regulates ventilation fan area below tin roof improves working conditions inside temperature reduction summer period. Described technical solution designed RESCUE IPA CBC project.
